Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados – LGPD) and Compliance

The new Brazilian General Data Protection Law provides for the regulation of personal and sensitive data that must be met by all companies and individuals, regardless of their field of activity, with the aim of protecting the rights of freedom and privacy of all individuals.

We advise clients on processes of compliance with the rules determined by the new legislation and the requirements of the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), with the support of IT professionals to deliver a complete multidisciplinary work, which is required by the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
