Specialist in Tax Law with extensive experience in tax planning. Since 1998, he has been working mainly on issues related to tax structuring, tax planning, corporate reorganization and foreign investment, in addition to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) operations and their effects. For 15 years, he has provided legal advice to foreign companies, accompanying the incorporation of Brazilian subsidiaries, acquisitions, joint venture agreements and IPO processes. In 2011, he founded Briganti Advogados.
