She has expertise in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practices areas since 2021. Previously, worked for renowned law firms in São Paulo, where she practiced Tax Law for two and a half years, dealing with litigation at the municipal, state, and federal levels. Fernanda holds bachelor’s of laws from the Universidade Católica de Santa Catarina – Joinville. She is now completing her LLM in Corporate Law from Insper.
